Instructions:
① This series of containers has heating and insulation functions, and are manufactured, pressure tested, and accepted according to the "Technical Conditions for Steel Welded Containers".
② There are various specifications ranging from 100L to 7000L for you to choose from, and we can also design and process according to the actual needs of customers.
③ The sealing of the mixing shaft adopts imported sanitary mechanical seals and leak proof devices (up to 100%). The reducer is selected from world-renowned German Flender or SEW, and the mixing speed is 36-53 revolutions per minute. Variable frequency drive can also be used for control.
④ The interface adopts the internationally recognized ISO standard quick release chuck type, and the inner liner is made of imported 316L or 304.
⑤ The tank body is equipped with a liquid level gauge (non-contact ultrasonic, static pressure transmission or glass tube type), an air respirator, a sterilization steam port, a thermometer (digital or dial type), a CIP universal can washer, a light hole sight glass, several inlet and outlet ports, and a manhole.
