Purpose:
Can be used for flow calibration and pressure calibration of particulate/smoke samplers, medium/high flow TSP samplers, and atmospheric samplers.
Adopting standards:
JJG 586-2006 "Verification Regulations for Soap Film Flowmeters" (our company participated in drafting this regulation)
HJ/T368-2007 "Technical Requirements and Testing Methods for Orifice Flowmeters Used in Calibration of Total Suspended Particle Samplers"
Main features:
1. This product integrates orifice flowmeter, soap film flowmeter, membrane flowmeter, and pressure sensor, and is designed in combination. Users can choose different configurations according to their needs.
2. Medium flow and high flow orifice flow meters are used to calibrate particle samplers and other flow rates.
3. Soap film flowmeter is used to calibrate the flow rate of atmospheric samplers, flue gas samplers, etc.
4. The membrane flowmeter is used to calibrate flow rates such as smoke and dust samplers.
5. Directly display the operating condition flow rate, standard condition flow rate, and reference flow rate.
6. Equipped with a built-in lithium battery, it can work continuously for more than 6 hours and automatically display the battery level.
7. It has data storage, query, and printing functions.
8. Large screen Chinese display.
9. Bring a calibration certificate issued by the Chinese Institute of Metrology (optional for users).
