Technical Solution
The raw material is anaerobic fermentation produced biogas slurry (TS1%), which is rich in trace elements, B vitamins, various hydrolytic enzymes, organic acids, humic acids and other bioactive substances. However, the nutrient content is low (about 1%), which does not meet the fertilizer standards of the country or the Ministry of Agriculture. It cannot be sold as a fertilizer commodity or applied to the land, and the cost of conventional concentration treatment is too high. Therefore, this plan uses microbial fermentation technology to digest biogas slurry, and produces composite microbial fertilizers by adding beneficial microbial strains and sufficient nutrients. The product is in liquid form and meets the quality requirements of the standard "Composite Microbial Fertilizer" (NY798-2004). It can be used to improve the yield and quality of agricultural products, and can be used as liquid fertilizer, as well as for drip irrigation systems in farmland or as foliar fertilizer. Producing fertilizers with high added value, more importantly, greatly saves the cost of sewage treatment for biogas slurry.
2. Production process
The microbial fermentation process is mainly divided into five steps.1Liquid storage: The fermented biogas slurry is pre treated and sent to the raw material tank for storage for 1-2 days before being sent to the fermentation tank;2Inoculate fermentation, the biogas slurry enters the fermentation tank, inoculates specific beneficial organisms, and is thoroughly stirred and mixed. The liquid stays in the fermentation tank for 2-4 days before being sent to the ingredient tank;3Nutrient ingredients need to be added to the biogas slurry according to strict process procedures to ensure that the quality of fertilizers meets national standards;4Store the liquid, add nutrients to the liquid and send it to the finished product tank for storage for 1-2 days before sending it to the packaging tank;5Packaging, automatic filling of finished liquid fertilizers.

General control system
Ingredients, mixing, and conveying ensure their continuous, efficient, and stable operation. The main control cabinet is sealed to prevent moisture and dust. The control functions include:
1. Automatic weighing and proportioning of raw materials.
2. The well proportioned materials are automatically discharged into the mixer and mixed automatically.
3. * * Program design to achieve the matching of the * effects of each component device.
4. Each silo and mixer has a function indicator to detect whether the material has been completely discharged.
5. Safety design and humanized design. The main control is equipped with an emergency stop button switch.
6. Soft, non breathable and non permeable connections are used at the discharge ports between devices for easy disassembly and assembly.
7. Issue alarms for various system malfunctions.
