Analysis method
In a high-frequency induction furnace, the sample and flux are burned in a pure oxygen atmosphere. The carbon in the sample is converted into carbon dioxide, and the sulfur is converted into sulfur dioxide. Then, it is carried by oxygen, filtered and stabilized, and enters an infrared detection cell. The computer automatically calculates the carbon and sulfur content in the sample based on the data detected by the infrared detection cell.
