Combination sodium ion exchangerIt overcomes the problems of large volume of fixed bed and fluidized bed, high resin consumption, low utilization rate, high salt consumption, large self consumption of water, and complex installation and operation. This system adopts a stainless steel tank body, which overcomes the drawbacks of the original fixed bed steel lining rubber being prone to detachment and resin being prone to poisoning. The system adopts single valve automatic control, allowing water production, bed loosening, regeneration, cleaning and other working conditions to be carried out simultaneously in two exchange columns. Automatic conversion and cyclic operation have achieved continuous water production.

Structure of combined sodium ion exchanger:

The equipment consists of three major systems: exchange, salt solution, and automatic control. Two exchange columns form an exchange system. The salt solution system consists of two salt tanks, one salt valve, and one rotary flow meter. The system for transporting salt solution using an injector consists of a salt tank, an injector, and a rotor flowmeter. The automatic control system consists of a microcomputer water treatment controller (referred to as microcontroller), a multifunctional rotary valve (referred to as rotary valve), a low-speed motor, and an electromagnetic valve. The equipment is divided into integrated types (exchange columns and salt tanks are installed on two chassis respectively).

Characteristics of combined sodium ion exchanger:

1. The core component of the equipment - the multifunctional rotary valve - is made of anti-corrosion materials, which are corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. The sealing performance of the valve is automatically adjusted according to the working pressure and the amount of wear on the sliding surface, to prevent liquid infiltration and leakage. Cut off the liquid flow, the valve will automatically reset, increase the gap between the sliding surfaces, and reduce friction. Long term operation, no wear, no leakage, long service life.

3. During softening operation, the raw water flows from bottom to top, and the exchange agent layer inside the column is in a floating state. The raw water and exchange agent are in full contact, which is conducive to softening exchange.

5. During regeneration, the salt solution flows in reverse from top to bottom, resulting in a high degree of regeneration and low salt consumption.

6. The device can be controlled automatically or manually, making it easy to use.
