Working principle of combined filter cartridge dust collector:
When the combined filter cartridge dust collector operates normally, the dusty gas enters the dust collector through the top inlet and passes through the filter cartridge. During this process, dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter cartridge, while clean air enters the clean air chamber through the center of the filter cartridge and is then discharged through the outlet. When cleaning the filter cartridge, the control timer will automatically select one or more pairs of filter cartridges for cleaning. At this time, the controller will open the electromagnetic pulse valve, and high-pressure air will directly enter the center of the selected filter cartridge to blow away the dust collected on the surface of the filter cartridge. Dust flows in the direction of the main airflow and falls into the ash hopper under the action of gravity.
Technical improvement of combined filter cartridge dust collector:
1. Dust cleaning device
Traditional filter cartridge dust collectors have two cleaning methods, one is high-pressure air flow back blowing, and the other is pulse air flow blowing. Practice has shown that the former has the advantage of uniform air flow, but the disadvantage is high air consumption; The advantage of the latter is low gas consumption, but the disadvantage is weak airflow. Two improvements can be made for this: on the one hand, a guide device can be added to the pulse blowing tube to enhance the airflow induction effect, and on the other hand, the upper guide duct of the filter cartridge can be removed to allow both pulse airflow and induced airflow to fully enter the filter cartridge at the same time. After this improvement, the air consumption is reduced, the airflow is uniform, and the dust cleaning effect is good. According to calculations, the dust cleaning airflow flow rate after the technical improvement is 3-5 times that of the pulse airflow.
2. Gas distribution board
The airflow distribution of the filter cartridge dust collector is very important, and it is necessary to consider how to avoid high wear areas on the filter material caused by high wind speed at the equipment inlet. The airflow distribution plate has unique requirements for filter cartridge dust collectors, and the airflow distribution must be very stable and uniform. It is beneficial for the increase of airflow and the decrease of dust, and the opening rate of the airflow distribution plate is 35%. According to the calculation, the resistance coefficient is less than 2, indicating that the porous airflow distribution plate can meet the requirements of the filter cartridge dust collector when the airflow velocity is less than 0.8m/s.
