The Gu'an masterbatch measuring machine is suitable for automatic proportional feeding of new and secondary materials, colorants or additives in plastic molding production.

This series of models uses precision DC brushless motors.

According to the pre-set addition ratio and parameters, the fully digital microcomputer control system automatically converts the set conditions into rotational speed, drives the stainless steel 304 precision measuring screw through the coupling, and discharges the required materials into the injection molding machine or extrusion (rolling) sol cylinder. For example: colorants, recycled (water outlet) materials, additives, auxiliaries, etc. The error value shall not exceed 1%.

This product has two modes, suitable for injection molding and extrusion molding of plastics. The measuring screw is divided into various types such as 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, etc., and the DC brushless motor is matched with high-efficiency parallel tooth reducers with different reduction ratios.

Multiple models such as dual station and multi station metering machines can be derived, providing different output capacities of 0.1-100kg/h for customers to choose from. According to user needs, it can be matched to meet different occasions and fields of use
