The coal mill pulse bag filter is a professional dust collection equipment developed based on the ordinary gas box pulse bag filter, combined with the characteristics of fine particle size, flammability, and explosiveness of coal powder dust in coal mills. It has been widely used in China. The coal mill pulse bag filter is specially designed internally to avoid dust accumulation. The ash hopper is designed with an electric heater and a temperature relay. To prevent the accumulation of dust inside the ash hopper and meet the requirements for handling coal powder. The coal mill pulse bag filter adopts anti-static filter material, and the body has an explosion-proof structure and a pressure relief device, which has explosion-proof performance and is suitable for collecting flammable and explosive dust in coal powder preparation systems. The equipment has few mechanical action parts, low maintenance workload, and easy bag replacement. Due to the use of pulse chamber cleaning, the dust collection efficiency is high, and it can operate efficiently for a long time with high dust collection efficiency.
