The basic process of the circulating water treatment system for car washing is as follows:
Municipal sewage → regulating tank → membrane bioreactor → reclaimed water storage tank → chlorine disinfection → car washing water
It is recommended to use concrete tank body or plastic bucket body for regulating pool, with a minimum volume of 1.5m3Above, users determine the retention time of the regulating pool based on the stability of water quality and quantity. Generally, the retention time is 2-4 hours.
After being retained in the regulating tank, the sewage is lifted by a lift pump and filtered through a filter before flowing into the bioreactor. The lift pump is controlled by the water level switch inside the bioreactor. When the water level in the bioreactor drops to a low level, the lift pump will start working. When the water level reaches a high level, the lift pump will stop working.
Clean the surface of the hollow ultrafiltration membrane and prevent sludge accumulation. A jet device is installed at the input end of the hollow ultrafiltration membrane to evenly dissolve air in the liquid through the characteristics of the ultrafiltration membrane, while also providing aeration.
The mixed solution purified by microorganisms is pressurized by the outlet pump and sent to the membrane module for solid-liquid separation. Clear water is produced through the membrane, while concentrated water is sent back to the bioreactor for circulation. The water produced by the membrane is further disinfected with chlorine, and the effluent meets the quality standards for domestic miscellaneous water issued by the Ministry of Construction; Required recycled water.
