1、 Overview The ZPSQ type circulating water dosing and sewage dual-use device is the latest product developed by our company. Widely used in water purification treatment, boiler descaling, heating and hot water circulation systems, air conditioning water circulation systems, and various cooling water circulation systems. It has the functions of adding chemicals for descaling, filtering, and automatic flushing to remove impurities. It can also be used as a filtering device for water-soluble dosing materials for other purposes.

2、 Structure and Working Principle This product consists of a dosing device and an automatic sewage filter, and it is estimated that the device has a filtration backwash system. The agent used in this product is a phosphorus containing compound silicate coated water treatment agent, which is a water-soluble agent.
When the circulating water passes through the dosing device, the chemicals dissolve in the circulating water, generating phosphate and silicate anions in the water. These ions can chemically adsorb on the surface of metal iron, forming a dense chemical adsorption film that prevents dissolved oxygen in the water from diffusing to the metal surface, thereby controlling the corrosion phenomenon of the metal.
After the drug is dissolved in water, it forms a colloidal negative ion that can adsorb suspended solids and calcium and magnesium ions in water, forming colloidal particles that are not easily deposited on the pipe wall and are easily excluded from the system. Due to the inhibitory and dispersing effects of colloidal negative ions on the formation and deposition of carbonate scale, scaling is prevented. Some components in the medicine undergo ion exchange with calcium and magnesium compounds in the scale layer, causing insoluble substances in the scale layer to become soluble substances and free in water, playing a role in descaling.
When the circulating water reaches the solubility of the agent, produces hard salt precipitation, and condenses into large molecular weight flocs, close the inlet and outlet valves of the dosing device, and open the inlet and outlet valves of the scale remover, so that suspended impurities in the circulating water are retained in the scale remover. After one cycle of circulating water, open the drain valve on the dirt remover and discharge the concentrated suspended impurities in the form of paste into the sewer.

3、 Characteristics 1. It has high thermal stability, does not decompose at a temperature of 1200 ℃, is non-volatile, non flammable, non explosive, non deteriorating, non ineffective, non-toxic, odorless, non polluting, and can be mixed with water in any proportion. It can prevent the crystal growth and aggregation of CaC03. And it has a sealing effect on iron plasma and a dispersing effect on iron hydroxide, forming a dense film on the inner surface of the pipeline to prevent metal corrosion, and playing a role in scale inhibition and corrosion prevention.

4、 Usage method 1. Medication addition Close the inlet and outlet valves of the dosing device, open the dosing port, put the medication into the dosing device (1kg of medication can treat 500 tons of water), and then close the dosing port. Open the inlet and outlet valves of the dosing device, and the circulating water flows through the dosing device to bring the dissolved chemicals into the system. When the pH value of the system return water reaches 9 during the initial dosing, stop dosing. Afterwards, test the pH value once a day. When it is lower than 8, open the dosing valve and dosing until the pH value reaches 10, then stop dosing. In some areas, the pH value of the raw water itself reaches 8 or above, so the pH value should be appropriately increased to 10-11 after adding medication to indicate that the circulating water contains drugs. When the dosing valve is opened and the pH value still does not rise, it indicates that there is no medicine in the dosing device, and the medicine should be refilled at this time.
2. Pollution discharge When the dosing of the circulating water system is completed, the circulating water will pass through the automatic drain. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet pipes of the drain increases, the drain valve will be opened to discharge the suspended impurities in the automatic drain from the system, restoring the pressure to the original value. When the steering valve is closed and the drain valve is opened, the water flow is forced to enter the outside of the filter through the inlet section mesh of the filter, most of which flows out from the outlet, and a part enters the inside of the filter through the impurity collection section and the same hole from the outside of the filter, achieving the effect of flushing the impurities adhered to the mesh from the outside of the filter. The impurities are still discharged from the drain outlet. Before each dosing of the dosing device, residual chemicals should be discharged and washed clean with water to ensure that the dosing device is fully functional. |
