Application of working conditions:
Hospital wastewater contains a large amount of viruses, bacteria, parasite eggs, and some toxic and harmful substances. Disinfection is an important part of hospital wastewater treatment. At present, the disinfectants used in domestic hospitals are mainly liquid chlorine and sodium hypochlorite. Although liquid chlorine is relatively inexpensive, it is prone to leakage and has poor safety. Moreover, the interaction between chlorine and organic matter can generate organochlorine substitutes, which can cause new pollution and threaten human health when entering water bodies; Although the electrolytic sodium hypochlorite generator does not have the above hazards, its key components are easily damaged, the volume is large, and the operating costs such as power consumption and salt consumption are high. Chlorine dioxide has been recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a safe and efficient potent fungicide. Its effective chlorine content is 2.63 times that of chlorine gas, its bactericidal ability is 5 times that of chlorine gas, and more than 50 times that of sodium hypochlorite. It has a sterilization rate of 100% against pathogenic microorganisms, bacteria, parasite eggs transmitted through water, and has a good killing effect on highly chlorine resistant viruses, spores, fungi, etc. Chlorine dioxide can also react with some organic compounds in wastewater and has good odor removal function.

Raw material consumption:
Producing 1 gram of effective chlorine consumes 0.65 grams of sodium chlorate and 1.3 grams of hydrochloric acid. Equivalent to RMB 0.004. (Note: Hydrochloric acid is calculated at 800 yuan/ton, sodium chlorate is calculated at 4200 yuan/ton)
matters needing attention:
This product is suitable for water treatment facilities under normal pressure (or slightly positive pressure) conditions.
Users are required to provide on-site power sources, power supplies (~380V/220V), drainage ditches, and low-level exhaust facilities.
In special circumstances, the diameter of the disinfectant injection pipe should be selected according to the site conditions (such as pipeline back pressure).
