Detection principle:3The WMTN-5000 chemiluminescence nitrogen analyzer is used to quantitatively convert nitrogen compounds into nitric oxide (NO) after the sample is introduced into a high-temperature cracking furnace and undergoes oxidative cracking. When transitioning to the ground state, photons are emitted, and the light signal is received and amplified by a photomultiplier tube. The light signal is converted into an electrical signal, which is then amplified by an amplifier, processed by a computer, and converted into an electrical signal proportional to the intensity of light. Under certain conditions, the chemiluminescence intensity in the reaction is proportional to the amount of nitric oxide produced, and the amount of nitric oxide is proportional to the total nitrogen content in the sample. Therefore, the total nitrogen content in the sample can be determined by measuring the chemiluminescence intensity. This instrument is currently the most advanced nitrogen element synchronous analyzer in China, widely used to detect the total nitrogen content in liquid, solid, or gas samples. The key components of the system are imported, ensuring reliable performance of the entire machine. Especially in the determination of total nitrogen content in paraffin oil, diesel, kerosene, gasoline, lubricating oil, fuel oil, liquefied gas, and natural gas, it has been widely used.
