Chemical Oxygen Demand (CODcr) Water Quality Online Automatic Monitoring InstrumentUnder certain conditions, a mixture of potassium dichromate and sulfuric acid is added to the water sample, which reacts in a digestion tank to oxidize the organic reducing substances in the water sample. During the reaction, Cr6+is reduced to Cr3+, causing a change in the color of the mixture. The consumption of potassium dichromate is calculated by detecting the color change of the mixture with a photoelectric colorimeter, and finally converted into the oxygen demand required for the oxidation-reduction reaction, which is the chemical oxygen demand of the tested water sample.
Main Features
(1) The colorimetric digestion unit, injection pump precise sampling unit, and multi valve reagent switching unit are all designed with modular structures, which have lower failure rates, lower maintenance requirements, lower reagent consumption, and higher cost-effectiveness.
(2) Capable of accepting remote control commands and possessing quality control functions such as 24-hour zero drift and 24-hour range drift automatic verification, zero calibration, standard sample calibration, and standard recovery
(3) It has the function of analyzing instrument process log recording, storing raw data and operation logs for no less than 1 year.
(4) Equipped with automatic fault diagnosis function, with abnormal information recording and uploading function, such as component failure, over range alarm, over limit alarm, reagent shortage alarm and other information.
(5) Having three-level management authority
(6) After abnormal reset and power outage, the instrument automatically discharges residual reactants and returns to its initial working state. Equipped with power on alarm function, the instrument will generate alarm information when powered on again after power failure
(7) Equipped with overheat protection: If the heating temperature is too high, the heater will automatically shut down.
