Changzhou SF6 Micro Water Density Online Monitoring Systemsystem architecture

The system consists of a process layer, an interval layer, and a station control layer. The process layer includes density transmitters (for measuring temperature, density, and temperature functions) and micro water density transmitters (for measuring micro water, density, and temperature functions). The interval layer is the micro water density online monitoring device (system host), and the station control layer is the background monitoring software. The system host and transmitter are connected by cables. The sampling pool inside the transmitter also adopts internal circulation technology, which can measure real-time parameters such as micro water, density, and temperature of SF6 in the equipment, achieve real-time display, and communicate and exchange data with the system host. After extracting data from various transmitters in a time-sharing manner, the system host uploads the data to the backend computer for processing, and can also accept instructions from the backend to achieve real-time sampling and other actions.
