Centrifugal humidifier is a practical and energy-saving humidifier that adopts advanced centrifugal atomization technology. Centrifugal humidifier is a device that uses a high-speed motor to drive a composite impeller to rotate and generate vacuum. The water in the storage tank is pressurized by a water absorber to the composite atomizing impeller under atmospheric pressure, where it is atomized into a fine mist with a diameter of 5 microns. The mist is then sent to the mist outlet through a gentle breeze in the lower inlet duct, where it merges with the high-speed airflow in the upper inlet duct to form a high-speed mist that is sprayed into the air. The mist comes into contact with the residual heat in the air and completely vaporizes, achieving the purpose of humidification.

Hongrun Wusen Centrifugal Humidifier - Usage Conditions
1) If there is any fluctuation in the main voltage, it should be stable within ± 10% of the voltage specified on the nameplate.
2) Environmental temperature - The indoor temperature should be within the range of 0 ℃ to 40 ℃.
3) Environmental humidity - The allowed high relative humidity indoors is 95%, but condensation may occur.
4) Ordinary tap water is sufficient.

Hongrun Wusen Centrifugal Humidifier - Installation
1. Location selection: The humidifier can be hung horizontally on the wall or fixed on a bracket. There should be no obstacles within 6-8 meters in front of the machine to prevent the humidified air from condensing, rusting equipment, or contaminating the ground before it is completely vaporized; Equipment or products cannot be installed directly below the humidifier, and the installation height should be at least 2 meters above the ground.
2. Positioning: When installing the humidifier, it must be level, otherwise it will cause the water level valve to lose control, the casing to deform, and affect the normal operation of the machine.
3. Water source and power supply: The working water pressure of the humidifier is 0.6-3.0MPa, and the water source required for the humidifier is clean tap water; On site, a DN15 water supply pipe and a three core socket with 220V/50Hz power supply are required. Both the water source and power supply must be led within 2 meters of the installation location of the humidifier.

1) The centrifugal humidifier adopts a high-quality squirrel cage motor, which does not require lubrication. Except for regular cleaning according to the user's own usage environment, the motor part does not require special maintenance.
2) Cleaning: In general, the working environment of humidifiers contains fibers or dust, so users should thoroughly clean them regularly according to their usage environment, usually for six months or a year.
3) First, turn off the main power of the humidifier, unplug the power cord, remove the air filter at the bottom, clean the non-woven filter mesh with compressed air or a vacuum cleaner, or put it in warm water and wash it with laundry detergent.
4) Because the machine is equipped with a flushing device, the water storage tank generally does not need to be cleaned.
5) The atomizer part needs to be removed from the humidifier. First, remove the inner and outer guide covers, clean the fan impeller and air separator, and do not let dust fall into the water storage tank through the vertical channel of the separator. When cleaning the atomizer, it is necessary to remove the air separator together with the atomizer and place it horizontally. Do not touch the water absorber, water throwing impeller, and upper fan impeller to the ground to prevent the motor axis from deviating, causing bearing damage and shortening the service life.
