Cement scale
The cement scale consists of a hopper, bracket, sensor, pneumatic discharge valve, etc., and is mainly selected according to the mixing host. Cement scales are mainly used for measuring cement, coal ash, and other materials in concrete and stabilized soil mixing plants, as well as in pulp preparation plants. The control system operation, debugging method, and functions of the single scale measuring system are the same as those of the batching machine, and can be used for both the batching station and the single mixing machine. To prevent pressure changes and measurement errors in the weighing hopper caused by cement loading and unloading, a pressure release vent is installed at the top of the cement scale. The capacity of the cement scale can simultaneously meet the cumulative measurement of cement and fly ash, avoiding the phenomenon of difficulty in mixing evenly due to the small amount of additives directly into the tank.
