1. Measurement table: divided into hot plate and cold plate, with a working face diameter of Φ 65.
Hot plate: Equipped with a built-in heater, the temperature is controlled at 60 ± 0.1 ℃ using a Pt100 platinum resistance thermometer
Cold plate: Built in circulating water channel, controlled by Pt100 platinum resistance thermometer to maintain a temperature of 20 ± 0.1 ℃
2. Can be equipped with a sample preheater for preheating the sample, with a preheating temperature controlled at 40 ℃
3. Thermostat: Cooling/Heating Thermostat. Automatically select heating and cooling amounts through an electronic controller.
The temperature of the cooling water is controlled at 20 ± 0.5 ℃, and the water flow rate is controlled at 40L/H
4. Temperature measurement system: Use a differential thermopile or Pt100 platinum resistance thermometer to measure the temperature difference between the cold and hot surfaces of the sample to ± 0.1
5. Sample size measurement: Measure with a digital caliper with an accuracy of 0.01mm, Φ50*50mm
6. Measurement time is 5-20 minutes;
7. It can be equipped with automatic preloading and manual preloading to maintain a constant pressure on the contact surface of the sample.
