The development of the A871 CO2 sensor is aimed at meeting the growing environmental monitoring needs of greenhouses and livestock farms, but its superior performance is also sufficient for deployment in industrial environments.

This sensor features innovative dual frequency NDIR (Non Dispersive Infrared) technology, using a single emitter and 2 detectors. It provides stunning self calibration performance, allowing the sensor to operate continuously for more than 5 years without the need for maintenance calibration.

The sensor itself has very low power consumption and is perfectly matched with ADCON's solar powered RTU.

This sensor can measure in three different ranges. Please note that this sensor is currently the only available in a Modbus version, so it can only be connected to the A75x series of RTUs through the optional a514 Modbus interface.

The cable can be in 2 different lengths and needs to be ordered separately, as well as the installation unit, depending on the specific application.
