Detailed information of CA-1 calcium ion analyzer:
1、 Product Introduction
Calcium ion detector is an instrument for measuring the concentration of calcium ions in a solution. The instrument uses electrode method for measurement and is widely used to determine the content of calcium in drugs, water quality, blood and soil. It has fast measurement speed and simple operation.
2、 Technical parameters
Measurement range 0-1000mg/L
Resolution 0.1 mg/L
Repeatability ≤ 2%
Indication error ± 5% FS ± 1 word
Charger AC 220V 50Hz
3、 Instrument features
1. Microcomputer and touch keyboard are easy to use.
2. The sensor adopts a calcium ion electrode, which consists of a measuring electrode and a reference electrode, with stable potential, fast response time, and easy use.
3. Fully automatic three-point calibration, automatically locks the current value after the reading stabilizes, and the data is not lost in case of power failure.
4. High resolution. The instrument resolution reaches 0.1 mg/L.
4、 Water sample testing
Clean the electrode with deionized water, absorb the water with filter paper, place it in the sample solution, press the reading button, and the instrument will automatically display stable measurement values.
5、 Precautions
Before calibration, three types of calcium chloride standard solutions should be prepared.
When calibrating and testing the instrument, it should be carried out under the action of a magnetic stirrer, and the temperature, stirring speed, ion strength, etc. of the solution should be *,
When testing sample solutions, the electrodes should be cleaned and dried with filter paper. The containers for dilute and concentrated solutions should be separated and not mixed. When testing, try to measure the dilute solution first and then the concentrated solution.
Calibration is generally required before testing, but calibration is not necessary for short testing intervals. Alternatively, a calibration solution can be tested, and if the measured value is within the error range, calibration is not necessary.
After the instrument measurement is completed, the electrode should be cleaned with deionized water, dried with filter paper to remove any water stains, and placed back in the packaging box for dry storage.
