1、 Introduction
The CZ-3030 Rapid Plasticity Tester is used to test the rapid plasticity value (initial plasticity value P0) and plasticity retention rate (PRI) of natural rubber and uncured plastics (mixed rubber). This instrument consists of a main unit, a punching machine (including a cutting blade), a high-precision aging test chamber, a thickness gauge, and other components. The rapid plasticity value P0 is obtained by rapidly compressing a cylindrical specimen between two parallel pressure blocks to a fixed thickness of 1mm using a host machine. The test specimen is held in a compressed state for 15 seconds to achieve temperature equilibrium with the parallel plate. Then, a constant pressure of 100N ± 1N is applied to the specimen and held for 15 seconds. At the end of this stage, the measured test thickness is used as a measure of plasticity through an observation instrument.
The plasticity retention rate PRI is measured by aging the sample at 140 ° C for 30 minutes in a high-precision aging chamber, and the plasticity value P30 is obtained by calculating the PRI value. PRI value is a measure of the heat oxidation resistance of natural rubber, with higher values indicating better heat oxidation resistance. This machine adopts electronic direct temperature control, which heats up quickly and has high accuracy. At the same time, the machine uses standard weights for direct loading, overcoming the disadvantages of instability and zero drift caused by the pressure of the load electromagnetic spring.
