The permanent magnet drum magnetic separator is suitable for units such as mines and coal preparation plants. Used for wet separation of fine particles of strong magnetic minerals in weak magnetic fields, or for removing mixed strong magnetic minerals in non-magnetic minerals. The same cylinder of this machine can be equipped with three types of tanks: semi counter current tank (CTB), counter current tank (CTN), and co current tank (CTS), which are suitable for different sorting particle sizes and different sorting process requirements. This product adopts computer optimized design, with a reasonable magnetic circuit and strict selection of high coercivity and high remanence permanent magnets to ensure that the magnetism does not decrease for a long time, safeguarding the long-term interests of users. The overall structure is reliable and durable.
Application areas:
The semi countercurrent trough is suitable for coarse and fine selection of ore particles with a particle size of 0.5-0mm, and for fine selection of minerals with a particle size of 0.15-0.0mm; The countercurrent trough is suitable for coarse and sweep selection of ore particles with a particle size of 0.6-0.0mm, as well as heavy medium recovery in the coal preparation industry; The downstream trough is suitable for coarse and fine selection of ores with a particle size of 6-0mm.
