1、 Product features:
The leakage prevention design of CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump eliminates the shaft seal and uses magnetic coupling to indirectly drive, completely eliminating the trouble of dripping and never polluting the usage site. Due to the use of "fluoroplastic alloy" for the overcurrent part of the pump. It can continuously transport corrosive media such as acids and alkalis of any concentration without damage.
2、 Working principle:
The CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump drive device adopts an active magnetic coupling directly installed on the motor shaft, and the pump chamber is completely enclosed. The impeller with a magnet on the pump shaft is indirectly driven to rotate through magnetic coupling, which is compact, safe and energy-saving. The sturdy and durable pump body structure, although the liquid contact part is made of fluoroplastic, the pump housing is made of metal material, so the pump body is able to withstand the weight of the pipeline and withstand mechanical impacts.
3、 Product Usage:
The CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, acid and alkali production, non-ferrous metal smelting, acid washing processes in automotive manufacturing, rare earth separation, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, electroplating, and radio.
The operating temperature of CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump is -20 ℃ to 100 ℃.
