The COD-60A oxygen consumption/permanganate index rapid analyzer adopts acidic (alkaline) potassium permanganate titration method and a heating/titration integrated measurement system. Through unique control methods, the digestion and titration determination processes have been fully automated. Easy to operate, convenient and fast. This instrument can be widely used for rapid determination of oxygen consumption/permanganate index in drinking water, surface water, groundwater, seawater, industrial water and other fields. The titration method is reliable and the data is accurateAdopting the most accurate coulometric titration method currently available. Sensitive response and accurate data.
Rapid titration:The digestion time can be adjusted within the range of 10 to 800 seconds. Measurement data can be obtained in 5-10 minutes.
Multi range, directly read COD value:By setting the range according to the dilution ratio, the COD value of undiluted raw liquid can be directly read without conversion.
Easy to operate:Integration of measurement units, combined with oxidation and titration processing steps. After setting up the instrument, only one click operation is needed to automatically complete the entire process from automatic zero calibration, oxidation, titration to data printing.
Can be converted into standard method measurement values:The coefficients can be calibrated and adjusted using standard methods. Pre determine the correlation between the laboratory standard analysis method and COD-60A, and input the linear regression equation to obtain the conversion value of the standard analysis method.
Automatic standard program control to reduce operational errors:Unique system control, automatic oxidation state (heating/cooling) and titration steps, precise temperature control, based on Coulomb titration method, using self-cleaning electrodes for titration. Reduced human error among operators.
