The brand's precision CNC forming grinder is one of the complete production equipment for linear guide rails. It can complete the pre grinding process of the linear guide rail before ultra precision grinding, and can also directly complete the forming grinding of V-shaped guide rail pairs. Other surfaces that require forming grinding can also be completed through interpolation grinding.

Led by a technical director with 15 years of experience as a chief engineer in a large specialized aircraft manufacturing enterprise, and a team of professional engineers with over 22 years of experience in the design, development, production, testing, and application of linear guide rails in leading companies in the industry, as well as a research and development team consisting of more than ten young engineers and technicians with rich experience in machine tool manufacturing, based on a thorough study of similar core equipment in Germany, Italy, and Taiwan, we have summarized the technical requirements and successful experience of the entire process of linear guide rail pairs in Japan's NSK, Japan's THK, Germany's Rexroth, and leading domestic manufacturing enterprises. 1The worktable of this machine tool is supported by a roller guide pair with dense sliders and driven by a ball screw with nut cooling function, which greatly homogenizes the motion accuracy error of the worktable and achieves high-speed and efficient machining of the worktable

2The lateral movement of the machine tool adopts an L-shaped structure integrated with the column. During the lateral movement of the grinding head, a uniform rigid force is applied in the vertical direction, eliminating the inherent influence of the grinding head cantilever accuracy of conventional horizontal axis moment table surface grinders.

3The overall bed, columns, and slide table of the machine tool are all made of high-strength cast iron, which has undergone secondary aging treatment and CNC precision machining. The installation surface of the worktable linear guide has been scraped and ground by top domestic technicians to achieve the flatness of the current level 000 flat plate.

4The vertical slide table adopts grating ruler closed-loop control, and the grinding head adopts heavy-duty high rigidity agile response precision ball screw pairs and high rigidity roller guide pairs for both horizontal and vertical slide tables. It has micrometer level machining accuracy and micrometer level compensation for grinding wheel dressing. It can be matched with diamond rollers or diamond pens to repair irregular surfaces and perform workpiece forming grinding.

5The machine tool can be equipped with a high head cooling system. The cooling water undergoes sedimentation, multi-stage filtration, and constant temperature cooling to maintain the stability of the workpiece size during the grinding process.

6The machine tool grinding area is fully protected, and the return water system is equipped with automatic sand flushing function.
