Scope of application of diffusion cyclone dust collector

The diffusion cyclone dust collector has the advantages of high dust removal efficiency, simple structure, easy processing and manufacturing, low investment, and moderate pressure loss. It is suitable for capturing dry, non fibrous granular dust, especially for capturing particles below 5-10 μ m. The characteristic of the CLK type diffusion cyclone dust collector is that the large diffusion cone above replaces the cone of the basic cyclone dust collector, and uses a gas blocking dust removal device to isolate the inner and outer vortices. An inverted conical reflection screen is installed at the bottom of the cone, thereby reducing the possibility of dust containing gas passing through the center of the cylinder through a short path to the outlet. The reflection screen prevents the secondary airflow from re rolling the separated dust and being carried out by the rising gas, thereby improving the dust removal efficiency.
Working principle of diffusion cyclone dust collector
The dusty gas enters the diffuser cyclone dust collector cylinder along the tangential direction through the rectangular air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust is thrown towards the wall and rotates downwards with the rotating airflow. Most of the airflow is dispersed by the reflection screen and rotates upwards through the exhaust pipe, while a small part of the airflow enters the ash hopper through the annular gap between the dust reflection screen and the cone. The diameter of the lower part of the shell increases, and the rotating airflow slows down. The dust is trapped in the ash hopper under inertia, and the gas is discharged through the ventilation hole of the reflection screen to the exhaust pipe.
