1、 Product Introduction and Usage
This CNC lathe is vertical(Z)、 A CNC horizontal lathe controlled by two horizontal (X) coordinates. It can automatically complete cutting processes such as inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, circular arc surfaces, end faces, grooves, chamfers, etc. for various shaft and disc parts, and can turn metric and imperial straight threads, end face threads, cone threads, etc. The machine tool is equipped with an electric rotary tool holder or row tool holder. After one clamping, the workpiece can complete multiple processes such as turning, drilling, boring, expanding, and reaming. Suitable for the production of multiple varieties, small and medium batch products, especially for complex and high-precision parts, demonstrating superiority.
2、 Main structural features
1. The machine tool adopts a traditional horizontal lathe layout. The overall design has good sealing and meets safety standards. The main basic components such as the bed frame, bed legs, headboard box, and trailer are all molded with resin sand, cast with high-grade material (HT300), and subjected to secondary manual aging treatment to ensure the accuracy, stability, and reliability of the machine tool for long-term use;
2. The longitudinal (Z) and transverse (X) motion axes of the machine tool are driven by servo motors, precision ball screw pairs, high rigidity precision composite bearings, and a semi closed loop control system with pulse encoder position detection feedback. The guide rail pair adopts the internationally popular ultrasonic quenching (hard rail and precision grinding) and "plastic sticking" (and precision scraping) process, combined with automatic forced lubrication, with fast response, high precision, and long service life of each motion axis; X. The Z-direction ball screw pair uses domestically renowned brand ball screws, and the screw support adopts NSK or domestically renowned group precision bearings;
3. The machine tool is equipped with well-known CNC control systems both domestically and internationally, with complete functions, easy operation, stable accuracy, and reliable operation;
4. The front and rear bearings of the main shaft are independently sealed, with low temperature rise. The front bearing adopts domestically produced high-quality grouped angular contact precision ball bearings, and the rear bearing adopts domestically produced high-quality double row cylindrical roller bearings, which have significant characteristics such as high speed, strong rigidity, high precision, small thermal deformation, good seismic resistance, smooth operation, and strong load-bearing capacity;
5. The machine tool operating system is designed based on the principles of ergonomics. The operating box is located on the right protective door and can move left and right with the sliding door, allowing for easy access to the operator for tool alignment;
6. The machine tool adopts advanced centralized automatic lubrication method, with timed and quantitative automatic intermittent lubrication, which works stably and reliably, meeting the environmental protection requirements of clean production;
7. The overall shape of the machine tool is beautiful, pleasant, safe, stable and reliable, waterproof and chip proof.
8. The standard configuration of the machine tool adopts domestic famous brand vertical four station turret, or row turret, or a combination of the two;
