Scope of Application
The CJT1 series AC contactor (hereinafter referred to as the contactor) is mainly used in power lines with AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated working voltage up to 380V, and current up to 150A for remote connection and disconnection of circuits. It can be combined with appropriate thermal relays or electronic protection devices to form a motor starter to protect circuits that may experience overload.
The CJT1 AC contactor meets the standards of GB14048.4, IEC60947-4-1, and JB/T8730, and is an alternative product to the CJ10 series contactor.

Normal working conditions and installation conditions
The ambient air temperature ranges from -5 ℃ to+40 ℃, with an average value not exceeding+35 ℃ within 24 hours.
Altitude: not exceeding 2000m.
Atmospheric conditions: When the maximum temperature is+40 ℃, the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%; Higher relative humidity can be allowed at lower temperatures, such as reaching 90% at+20 ℃. Special measures should be taken for occasional condensation caused by temperature changes.
Pollution level: Level 3.
Installation category: Class III.
Installation conditions: The inclination angle between the installation surface and the vertical surface shall not exceed ± 5 °.
Shock and vibration: The product should be installed and used in a place without significant shaking, shock, and vibration.

Contactors are classified according to current levels: 10A, 20A, 40A, 60A, 100A, 150A.
The rated control power supply voltage Us for the coil is AC (50Hz): 36V, 110V, 127V, 220V, 380V.
Action condition: The suction voltage is (85%~110%) Us; The release voltage is (20%~75%) Us.

structural characteristics
The structure and installation dimensions of this contactor are the same as those of CJ10. The arc extinguishing cover is composed of an arc resistant plastic arc cover and an iron grid plate, CJT1-60、 The base of 100 and 150 is made of reinforced plastic.
The CJT1-10-40A contactor adopts a double break direct acting structure, the 60-150A contactor contact system adopts a double break direct acting structure, and the electromagnetic system adopts a lever rotating structure. The contacts are made of new copper based silver free alloy materials. It has strong oxidation resistance, low and stable contact resistance, and good resistance to welding and wear, saving precious metals and reducing costs. The 20-40A contactor adopts U-shaped arc extinguishing plates and phenolic plastic arc extinguishing covers, while the 60-150A contactor adopts a new type of longitudinal and transverse grid staggered arrangement, and the DMC anti surge plastic arc extinguishing cover has good arc extinguishing performance.
