CGM1000 Ultra fine Roller Grinding

Main purpose:
This machine is widely used for grinding and crushing conventional materials, such as kaolin, limestone, calcite, talc, graphite and other non flammable and explosive materials with humidity less than 8% and Mohs hardness below level 6. It is an ideal equipment for deep processing of non-metallic mineral powder materials.
Working Principle:
The ultra-fine roller press mill drives the main shaft to rotate through a transmission device. The upper end of the main shaft is connected to a rotor frame, which is equipped with an auxiliary shaft and a grinding wheel. When the main wheel rotates, the auxiliary shaft also rotates, and the grinding wheels on the auxiliary shaft revolve around the main shaft while also rotating around their respective auxiliary shafts. During the process of revolution and rotation, the grinding wheel generates strong centrifugal force, which interacts strongly with the stator. The crushed material is driven by the centrifugal force and the rotating force field of the grinding wheel into the grinding zone composed of the grinding wheel and stator. Under the strong squeezing force and grinding effect, the material is crushed. The crushed material falls onto the feeding tray, which rotates in the same direction as the main shaft. It throws the powder into the circular ring between the stator and the machine body, and under the negative pressure of the system, it rises along the diversion ring to the upper classification chamber for classification. Qualified fine powder enters the collection system through the classification wheel, and coarse material falls into the crushing chamber along the inner wall of the diversion ring for re crushing.
The grading motor drives the grading wheel to rotate, forming a grading effect on the powder. The particle size of the finished product can be adjusted by the speed of the grading wheel. Coarse particles that do not meet the requirements are thrown towards the outer wall by the blades and fall into the grinding chamber under the action of gravity for further grinding. Particles that meet the requirements pass through the blades and form a gas-solid two-phase flow with the airflow, and are sucked into the cyclone collector. After the airflow and powder particles are separated by gas-solid, the powder particles are collected.

3. Good product fineness index: D97=3-35 μ m, achieving the fineness index of fluidized bed air flow mill.
4. Equipped with a graded impeller stepless speed regulator, the particle size of the product can be adjusted without stopping the machine, and all fine powder can be recovered without polluting the environment.
