CF904C-4/6 is a corn harvesting machinery independently developed by Changfa Agricultural Equipment. The machine adopts advanced static hydraulic drive technology, which is comfortable to operate and flexible in steering. It can achieve integrated operations of corn crop picking, conveying, peeling, packing, and straw crushing and returning.
Outstanding efficiency in high-speed operations
Equipped with a 200 horsepower regular four cylinder engine and an optional 220 horsepower Yuchai six cylinder engine, it can traverse the fields and harvest at high speed.
Adopting a static hydraulic drive, coupled with a renowned high displacement hydraulic pump and motor, it achieves high-speed harvesting at 12km/h.
The turning radius is only 5.25m, making it more flexible and efficient for small fields to turn.
The transition speed has been increased to 38 kilometers per hour, saving time, fuel, and high efficiency.
Advanced technology with superior performance
Host upgrade:
1. Configure a 3m ³ large grain silo to reduce the frequency of grain unloading, extend effective operation time, and improve operational efficiency.
2. 2.8m unloading height, equipped with movable unloading ports, suitable for different height requirements of grain receiving vehicles.
3. 800mm width elevator, high-speed harvesting and efficient conveying, efficiency is the king.
4. Equipped with dual fans for impurity removal and grain processing, the wind is strong and the ears and grains are cleaner.

Cutting platform upgrade:
1. Adopting a four row 550mm row spacing roller type ear picking and cutting platform, it can adapt to different row spacing corn harvesting, achieve direct and oblique harvesting, and can peel 70% of corn bracts, especially suitable for harvesting green and wet corn ears in the Central Plains region, with high operational efficiency.
2. Assemble the flat head non aligned harvesting header, and complete the assembly of the dividing tips within 2 minutes to prevent the corn from being pushed over during the harvesting process.
3. The minimum ground clearance of the cutting platform is 90mm lower than that of competitors, and it has better adaptability to lodging.
4. Speed up the cutting platform by 10%. Can meet high-speed operation without push rod.
5. The internal gear strength of the reel box has been improved, resulting in higher reliability.
