CDL/CDLF is a multifunctional product that can transport various media from tap water to industrial liquids, suitable for different temperature, flow rate, and pressure ranges. CDL is suitable for non corrosive liquids, while CDLF is suitable for mildly corrosive liquids.

Application fields of CDLF stainless steel vertical multi-stage pump

Water supply: filtration and transportation of water plants, water supply to different zones of water plants, main pipeline pressurization, and pressurization of high-rise buildings.

Industrial pressurization: process water system, cleaning system, high-pressure flushing system, fire protection system.

Industrial liquid transportation: cooling and air conditioning systems, boiler feedwater and condensing systems, machine tool matching, acid and alkali.

Water treatment: ultrafiltration system, reverse osmosis system, distillation system, separator, swimming pool.

Irrigation: farmland irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, drip irrigation.

CDLF Stainless Steel Vertical Multistage Pump Description

CDL/CDLF is a non self suction multi-stage centrifugal pump with a standard motor installed. The motor shaft is directly connected to the pump shaft through a shaft coupling at the pump head. The pressure resistant cylinder and overcurrent components are fixed between the pump head and the inlet and outlet sections by tension rod bolts. The pump inlet and outlet are on the same straight line at the pump bottom; This pump can be equipped with an intelligent protector as needed to effectively protect against dry running, phase loss, overload, and other issues.

Installation condition requirements

1. Before installation, carefully check whether there are any hard objects inside the pump body to avoid damaging the impeller and pump body during operation.

2. During installation, pipeline management should not be added to the pump to prevent deformation and affect normal operation.

3. Tighten the anchor bolts to prevent vibration during start-up from affecting the performance of the pump.

4. Install regulating valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and install pressure gauges near the pump outlet to control the pump's operation within rated conditions and ensure its normal use.
