working principle:

When the dust containing gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet, the large coarse particles of dust are blocked from falling by the ash baffle, while the smaller dust enters the joint box with the airflow. At this time, the dusty gas flows through the air supply pipe and ejects from the nozzle at a high speed, so the impact of the impact liquid surface stirs up a large number of foam and water droplets. Thus achieving the purpose of purifying and dust removal. The purified air, under negative pressure, removes water droplets from the gas through a water blocking plate and a water blocking plate, and is discharged from the fan outlet.

The entire dust removal process of the dusty gas is under negative pressure, and the height of the water surface is controlled by the water level control system through the overflow pipe. After a period of use, the water used to purify gas in the equipment contains a large amount of dust. At this time, the water should be replaced with new water, which is accomplished by an electric push rod. There is a piston installed at the drainage outlet, which is connected to the electric push rod. When the electric push rod lifts the piston, dust and sewage are discharged through the drainage outlet. After the sewage is discharged, the water level control system controls the solenoid valve located at the inlet to open. Water is sprayed out through the inlet pipe and the flushing nozzle located at the bottom of the dust collector box to flush the bottom clean.

Subsequently, the electric push rod lowers the piston and closes the drain outlet. Afterwards, the water level in the box starts to rise until the electromagnetic valve closes at the required height of the dust collector. Excess water inside the box overflows from the ocean current outlet.
