Product Introduction
Model: TUFF3/TUFF 4 (Standard, Plus, Pro) Application areas: Environmental hygiene, public health testing. The TUFF series personal air sampling pump housing adopts a sturdy and durable super molded plastic packaging design, which can be used in demanding monitoring environments. The TUFF pump has a small adjustable flow rate of 5mL/min (with a low flow adapter), and there are two options for large flow rates: 3L/min (TUFF 3) or 4.5L/min (TUFF 4). The standard, Plus, and Pro models offer different levels of features and programming functions: * * TUFF Standard model: entry-level pump, simple single point flow setting, running time, running mode, battery duration indication, cannot be upgraded. **TUFF Plus model: Provides additional features including intelligent battery level information, flow set point display, real-time flow rate, cumulative sampling time and amount, programmable timed operation mode, upgradable to Pro model. **TUFF Pro model: Provides advanced programming and download functions, suitable for most demanding occupational and industrial hygiene applications. In addition to providing all the features of the Plus model, it also has: Time Weighted Average (TWA) sampling mode, 2 user-defined timer programs (9 sets of on/off start/stop times), and built-in data recording function, which can record up to 100 runs of data and has the performance of downloading to Pump Manager software. TUFF adopts ergonomic design, easy to read display data, and provides high brightness LED alarm lights to display faults, making users feel comfortable during use. The TUFF series equipment meets the requirements of EN1232 and NIOSH0600 for personal sampling pumps in working environments.
Intelligent charging management, long-lasting operation, intelligent battery monitoring, and fast/trickle charging control keep the battery in the best condition and extend service life. The simple seat type single or three-way charger supports clean and compact multi pump charging and storage. Fast charging takes less than 3 hours (5 hours for three-way chargers) and supports a detachable 4.8V NiMH backup battery pack (1.7 or 2.7 Ah, with built-in charging indicator light). The sturdy and reliable super molded plastic packaging shell design can be used for harsh environments with dual diaphragm pump power. The excellent real-time, accurate, and stable digital constant current control is visible and replaceable. The air inlet filter avoids internal component dust pollution.
