Instrument principle
The instrument is based on gas chromatography technology, combined with a low-temperature enrichment rapid flash evaporation system, to analyze low-carbon VOCs in the sample gas. The effective enrichment factor is more than 50 times higher than that at room temperature. The diaphragm pump extracts air samples, and the sampling volume is precisely controlled by a high-precision mass flow controller (MFC). The low-carbon volatile organic compounds in the sample are enriched in a low-temperature cold trap at minus 20 degrees Celsius, and then rapidly flashed and injected into a gas chromatography separation system with pre column blowback. High boiling point compounds above C6 are blowback, while C2-C5 low boiling point compounds are detected by a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID).

>By using pre column/reverse blowing technology, the target components are retained and the high boiling point components in the sample are blown back, which not only shortens the total analysis time but also extends the service life of the analysis column, reducing operation and maintenance costs;
>The analysis flow path adopts deactivated and passivated pipelines and devices, which have no adsorption on the sample and accurate measurement results;
>Using automatic electronic flow control technology (EPC) to control carrier gas, air, and hydrogen, with high precision (0.01psi), good repeatability and reproducibility;
