This equipment consists of a rack, stainless steel conveyor belt, bubbling system, circulating water high-pressure spray system, clean water spray system, electrical control system, air drying system, etc.
This device uses a vortex air pump to introduce air into the water tank, causing clear water to bubble. Under the action of bubbles, the material can be effectively rubbed to achieve a cleaning effect. The water in the water tank can be recycled, and a high-pressure water pump is used to spray the water in the tank onto the water surface, thereby pushing the floating Chinese medicinal materials forward and conducting preliminary spray cleaning on them. The materials in the water tank are lifted out of the water surface by stainless steel mesh belts. There are two circulating water spray pipes and two clean water spray pipes above the mesh belts, and the materials can be cleaned again depending on the situation. There is a wind knife above the mesh belt at the discharge end, which can blow off the free water droplets attached to the surface of the material and the mesh belt.
