Workflow of Bottled Water Filling Equipment:
Firstly, use a bottle washing machine to clean the inner wall of the bottle, mainly through air transmission. There is a bottle clamp on the rotating disc of the bottle washing machine, which clamps the bottle and flips it 180 degrees so that the bottle mouth faces downwards. At this time, the bottle can be cleaned. Then transfer the cleaned bottles to the filling machine, and the bottles entering the filling machine are held by the bottleneck pallet to rise, and the filling valve is opened from the bottle mouth. After filling, enter the capping machine. The capping machine first needs to stabilize the bottle and keep it upright, then the capping head keeps revolving and rotating on the capping machine. After completing the above steps, transport it out of the filling equipment.
