Boiler sodium ion exchangerIt is an ion exchanger used to remove calcium and magnesium ions from water and produce softened water. The calcium and magnesium ions that make up the hardness of water are exchanged with the ion exchange resin in the softener. The calcium and magnesium ions in the water are exchanged with sodium ions, making it less likely for carbonate and sulfate scales to form in the water, thus obtaining softened water. Softening of high hardness drinking water, softening of raw water for domestic hot water, pretreatment of direct drinking water devices, softening of boiler water and various heat exchanger makeup water, as well as softening treatment of circulating cooling water for air conditioning systems.
All import and export pipelines must have independent supports and cannot be supported by valve bodies
Application of boiler sodium ion exchanger:
Softening of high hardness drinking water, softening of raw water for domestic hot water, pretreatment of direct drinking water devices, softening of boiler water and various heat exchanger makeup water, as well as softening treatment of circulating cooling water for air conditioning systems.
All import and export pipelines must have independent supports and cannot be supported by valve bodies
Precautions for installation of boiler sodium ion exchanger:
1. Installed on a solid horizontal ground with nearby drainage ditches or outlets, the drainage pipe is less than 6 meters and lower than the valve body.
2. There should be a separate moisture-proof power socket within 1 meter of the device.
3. The placement of the recycled salt tank should be as close as possible to the resin tank to fully utilize the salt solution. The salt tank should have a guaranteed amount of salt for the regeneration cycle.
4. All import and export pipelines must have independent supports and cannot be supported by valve bodies.
5. A pressure gauge, filter, and vent valve should be installed at the inlet, and a flow meter should be installed at the outlet.
