Introduction to iBeacon VG02

VG02 is a Bluetooth iBeacon device equipped with nRF528XX (nrf52 series) Bluetooth chip, based on Bluetooth BLE broadcast protocol. VG02 is usually installed in a suitable location, and after being powered on, it will continuously and periodically broadcast to the surrounding area, including MAC address, signal strength RSSI value, UUID, and packet content. The broadcast content of VG02 is arranged according to certain rules.

Mobile app SkyBeacon

SkyBeacon is a mobile app developed by the Micro Energy Information (95power) R&D team for configuring iBeacon VG02 parameters. Use this app to connect to VG02 and modify its UUID, Major, Minor, device name, and other parameters. When VG02 is in broadcast mode, these parameters will be broadcasted.
