Our professional team can customize BioCore QC Pro series bioreactors with a volume of over 20L for customers, suitable for suspended, micro carrier, and sheet-like carrier solid flow bed cultivation, as well as supporting systems such as liquid preparation, inactivation, and emulsification. In addition, we can provide customers with services such as process design, pipeline construction, system integration, bioreactor design and manufacturing, and control software development.

Performance characteristics:

The system can be used for suspension culture and microcarrier culture for monoclonal antibody, vaccine, or drug protein testing or production, achieving multi-purpose in one can

Suspension and microcarrier cultivation with propeller or lift type agitator, low shear force, short mixing cycle time, and good mixing effect

Deep microbubble direct ventilation/bubble free ventilation device, with good oxygen transfer effect, meets the requirements of high-density cell culture, and reduces damage to cells

◇ Adopting jacket and tank dual temperature PID control, stable temperature control and high precision

◇ In place sterilization and sampling valve group ensures safe, reliable, and convenient operation

The sterilization of the intake/exhaust filters can be carried out independently, meeting the requirement of replacing the filters during the cultivation process

The CO2/O2/AIR flow rate is controlled by a thermal mass flow controller to achieve automatic feedback control of gas flow rate

Dissolved oxygen control can be achieved using AIR/O2 or AIR/O2/N2 modes, with a unique PID control logic for stable and accurate control

Deep ventilation and surface ventilation use different control methods during sterilization to ensure thorough sterilization and no dead corners

Deep ventilation adopts a combination of hardware and software, effectively eliminating the backflow of culture medium and eliminating the risk of bacterial infection

The pH control adopts time judgment, which can avoid the mutual addition of CO2 and alkali
