1. New fastening structure:
In the past, during the preparation period for each experiment of the flange fastening structure reaction kettle, all bolts of the reaction kettle had to be unscrewed, and after adding the reaction material, they had to be re tightened one by one again. The opening and sealing process of a single screw requires more than ten turns of rotation, and each reactor has multiple bolts, which is time-consuming and laborious during the testing process.

Compared with traditional institutions, when opening the reactor for each experiment, simply loosen the screw by about 1 turn to easily remove the holding ring from the side and quickly open the reactor.
The tightening process is also simple and effortless. And each holding ring bolt exerts pressure on the lower cushion ring, which then compresses the kettle head, so that the force of the bolts can be evenly distributed to the kettle head. However, traditional flange structures have strict requirements for tightening force and diagonal tightening sequence to ensure uniform force distribution, and require high operational skills from operators. A slight negligence can lead to leakage of the reaction vessel and re tightening of the seal.
2Small space double line sealed structure:
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is widely used as an excellent corrosion-resistant material in instrument sealing processes, but it itself undergoes cold flow deformation at 250 degrees.
To overcome this contradiction, our WZCM series parallel reaction kettle adopts precision machining small space double line sealing technology, which controls the sealing gap between the kettle head and the kettle body within a very small range. PTFE deforms at high temperatures, but the joint gap is too small for PTFE to deform and flow cold to the outside of the sealing groove. It can only deform and expand inside the groove, thereby further enhancing the sealing performance of the reaction kettle. In addition, V-shaped sealing grooves are machined on the sealing surfaces of the kettle head and the kettle body to increase the sealing area. At the specified operating temperature, the higher the temperature, the better the sealing performance of the sealing surface.
