There are two processes for pasting self-adhesive labels. One is the traditional process of applying adhesive on the back of the printed and die cut label, which involves applying adhesive such as glue onto the surface of the product. The other is the new pre coating adhesive process, which uses a new type of self-adhesive printing material to print and semi die cut the label. When in use, the printed surface substrate is easily peeled off from the base paper, and the back is conveniently pasted due to the pre coating mixture.
Adhesive materials are generally divided into two types based on the surface substrate of the adhesive: adhesive paper and non drying film. It consists of three basic units, namely surface substrate, pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (adhesive), and base layer (including silicone oil and peeling layer).
