
Drying principle of washing machine:
The drying system of the washing machine first uses high-pressure airflow generated by a vortex air pump to blow away the large moisture attached to the surface of the box through a wind knife. Then, through heating drying and the principle of heat exchange, the moisture on the surface of the basket is dried off. After being left for 10 minutes, it reaches a moisture free state.
Drying process of washing machine:
1. Firstly, before the box enters the drying tunnel, a wind knife consisting of three centrifugal fans and pipelines is used to act on the upper, left, and right sides of the basket, quickly removing 70% of the free water for air drying.
2. Then, hot air is generated by electric heating tubes or steam heating plates, and the heat is extracted by 8 0.75Kw centrifugal fans, which act on the boxes inside the drying tunnel to perform drying operations. The drying tunnel dries the basket to a dry state, with a dryness of about 95%. After being left for 10 minutes, it reaches a completely dry state and can be used normally.
Characteristics of the drying part of the washing machine:
1. The outer layer of the drying section is a 50mm insulation layer, which can ensure the retention rate of heat, increase the supply of heat source for drying, and make the equipment powerful.
2. The hot air fan above the drying tunnel controls the circulation of hot air inside the drying tunnel, and the airflow generates hot air to achieve the drying effect.
