The BZCY600CWY8 × 4IV truck mounted water well drilling rig is a positive circulation rotary drilling rig. The drilling rig uses China National Heavy Duty Truck Group's 8 × 4 dedicated drilling rig chassis, 11.00R20 steel wire off-road tread tires, with good off-road performance.

The drilling rig has a compact structure and is independently produced by Jinan Power Co., Ltd. of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group. The model and type are D10.27-40 water-cooled four stroke turbocharged intercooled diesel engine, with emissions of National IV and a power of 196kw/2200rpm, providing strong power.

The on-board drilling adopts an independent Dongfeng Cummins 6BTA5.9-C180 diesel engine. The power is 132kW, which can meet the requirements of well drilling and reduce fuel consumption, making it economical.

The drilling rig adopts advanced hydraulic cylinder feeding design, stepless speed regulation lifting, and can achieve automatic drilling technology during drilling. It can automatically pressurize drilling under the weight of the drill rod and adjust the drilling speed according to different geological conditions.

Pressure drilling technology can be implemented during drilling, setting different pressures when drilling into different hard layers, and visually observing the drilling pressure through a pressure gauge. At the same time, it can also adjust the drilling speed.

◎ Rapid drilling technology can be achieved during drilling. When drilling into soil layers, quick drilling can be manually controlled, and different soil layers achieve different drilling speeds.

Equipped with a hydraulic main winch with high lifting force, stepless speed regulation for lifting, and the ability to quickly release ropes. When lifting heavy objects, be slow to avoid damaging the drilling rig turntable and wellhead plate during lifting. When lowering a single drill rod, operate the quick release handle to achieve rapid lowering like a mechanical winch.

The hydraulic tool winch has the characteristics of high lifting force and fast lifting speed, which makes it easy to load and transport tools, drill rods, accessories, etc. with the vehicle. It can also slide up and down with the help of ground anchors during well drilling, making it very convenient to unload drill rods.

The hydraulic cylinder controls the advance and retreat of the wellhead card plate, closing the safety card plate to clamp or release the drill pipe joint.

The drilling rig is equipped with 4 hydraulic support legs and 2 mechanical support legs. Each hydraulic leg cylinder piston rod is threaded and equipped with a locking nut, which can be used to lock the cylinder after the drilling rig is leveled. In this way, even if the oil cylinder leaks, the chassis will not become unstable.

The turntable is a lever type, with a spiral arc gear transmission inside, which transmits a large torque, twice that of similar drilling rigs at home and abroad.

Equipped with a 30kW generator and a clutch that can be disengaged when not in use, it provides convenience for driving water pumps, night lighting, welding maintenance, and household electricity at construction sites;

The hydraulic system adopts an open system, with separate loading and unloading operations to avoid misoperation. Equipped with winter oil temperature heater and summer oil temperature radiator to adapt to hydraulic oil heating and heat dissipation in different seasons.

This drilling rig is equipped with an auxiliary unloading rod oil cylinder, which is used to push the ratchet teeth of the rotary table, remove the first thread of the drill pipe joint, and then reverse the unloading rod with the rotary table to prevent damage to the drilling rig gearbox caused by impact force during unloading.
