2: Box material

1. The box body is processed and formed using A3 steel plate CNC machine tools (t=1.2mm), and the surface of the shell is sprayed with plastic for a smoother and more beautiful appearance.
2. The studio uses SUS304 mirror stainless steel plate.
3. Insulation material: high-density glass fiber cotton with a thickness of 100mm.

4. Mixing system: using a long axis fan motor and a stainless steel multi blade impeller that is resistant to high and low temperatures to achieve strong convection and vertical diffusion circulation.

5. Install ice water nozzles on the inner wall of the box.(As shown in the figure)


3、 Control system:
1. The temperature and humidity control instrument adopts a "7.0-inch" large screen - programmable microcomputer PID control SSR output operation, with a large screen, simple screen operation, and easy program editing;
2. Temperature display accuracy: 0.01 ℃;
3. Temperature sensor: PT100 platinum resistance thermometer;
4. Control method: Thermal balance temperature and humidity control method, all electrical appliances use (Chint) series products;
7. Equipped with automatic calculation function, it can immediately correct the temperature and humidity change conditions, making temperature and humidity control more stable;

The controller operation interface is available in both Chinese and English, and the real-time operation curve chart can be displayed on the screen with 12 sets of programs, each consisting of 10 segments, with a maximum time setting of 99 hours and 59 minutes for each segment; The controller has a screen lock function to avoid manual touch and shutdown;
9. Equipped with RS-232 or RS-485 remote communication interface, it can be programmed on a computer to monitor the testing process and perform functions such as automatic power on/off;

5、 Insulation system:
1. The insulation system uses ultra-fine glass fiber to fill the insulation area, and non-metallic high and low temperature resistant materials are used at the connection between the inner and outer bile ducts, effectively reducing temperature conduction;
2. The sealing of the box door is made of refined silicone rubber, so that there is no aging or hardening phenomenon at high and low temperatures;

6、 Equipment usage conditions:
1. Environmental temperature: 5 ℃~+28 ℃ (average temperature within 24 hours ≤ 28 ℃) 2. Environmental humidity: ≤ 85% R.HPS: The operating environment needs to be below room temperature of 28 degrees Celsius and well ventilated; The machine should be placed 80 centimeters in front, back, left, and right, and no objects should be placed.
