The pulse drum filter is a pulse drum dust collector designed by digesting and absorbing advanced technologies of similar products at home and abroad on the basis of conventional drum dust collectors. It integrates the advantages of various pulse jet dust collectors with chamber back blowing, lengthens the filter bag, fully utilizes the strong blowing and cleaning effect of compressed air, overcomes the disadvantages of insufficient chamber cleaning intensity, uneven distribution of inlet and outlet air, and simultaneous pulse jet cleaning and dust filtration. It prevents dust reattachment and loss of control, thereby improving the filtration speed, saving cleaning energy consumption, and extending the life of the filter bag. Compared with other dust collectors, it has a better structure and dust removal efficiency, and can be widely used in dust and gas purification systems in industries such as flour mills, feed mills, grain processing, woodworking, food processing, building materials, and manufacturing.
The pulse cloth tube dust filter is a device that, when dusty gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet, it first encounters the inclined plate and baffle in the middle of the air inlet and outlet, and the airflow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down, and due to inertia, coarse particles of dust in the gas directly flow into the ash hopper. Playing a role in pre dust collection, the airflow entering the ash hopper is then deflected upwards and captured on the outer surface of the cloth drum bag with a metal skeleton inside. The purified gas enters the upper cleaning room of the cloth drum chamber and is collected at the air outlet for discharge. During the purification process of the dusty gas through the cloth drum, more and more dust accumulates on the cloth drum over time, increasing the resistance of the cloth drum and gradually reducing the processing air volume. To work normally, the resistance should be controlled within a range (140-170 mm water column). Once it exceeds the range, the cloth drum must be cleaned. During cleaning, the pulse controller sequentially triggers each control valve to open the pulse valve, and the compressed air in the air bag is blown through each hole of the spray pipe. Injected into each corresponding cloth cylinder through a Venturi tube, the cloth cylinder instantly expands rapidly, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the cloth cylinder to fall off, The cloth cylinder returns to its initial state. The dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the machine through the ash discharge system. As a result, the dust accumulated on the cloth cylinder is periodically pulse blown to clean the dust, allowing the purified gas to pass through normally and ensuring the operation of the dust removal system.
Installation and maintenance
A、 For the convenience of transportation, this dust removal equipment is divided into two parts, and the connecting bolts are evenly tightened during installation to ensure that the dust collector has good tightness.
B、 The control instrument is installed on a 380V power supply, and the switch is turned on to activate each solenoid valve.
C、 When installing the filter bag, be careful not to break it. Check if the frame is intact and repair it promptly if it is damaged. Grind off the brush before installation, otherwise it will affect the dust removal effect. Install the filter bag with the suede surface facing outward.
D、 Before the initial operation of this dust collector, the pulse blowing system should be checked and confirmed to be correct before operation.
E、 Damaged filter bags should be replaced in a timely manner. If dust is found at the discharge outlet, it indicates that the filter bag is damaged. At this time, the fan should be stopped first, and the upper cover should be opened to inspect the damaged bag for replacement
