The 1200 ℃ box type resistance furnace is used for heating and quenching metal parts or alloy steel parts in air.
Main Performance Characteristics
(1) The furnace shell is welded from steel sections and plates, with a beautiful appearance and firm rigidity.
(2) The furnace lining is made of high alumina bricks for the inner layer, lightweight clay bricks for the middle layer, and insulation fillers for the outer layer
(3) The heating element adopts 0Cr21Al6Nb high-temperature resistance wire wound in a spiral shape, which is placed on both sides and the bottom of the furnace respectively
(4) The furnace door lifting mechanism consists of a furnace door, rope pulley, bearing, sprocket, balance block, and furnace door clamping device. In order to ensure operational safety, a travel switch is installed on the furnace door, which is interlocked with the lifting action of the furnace door. When the furnace door is opened, the power supply of the electric furnace is automatically cut off to ensure the safety of the operator.
