BH-HDC hundred level purification tunnel oven series is a product developed by Standard Hua Enterprise Technology based on the research of China's original far-infrared drying and sterilization tunnel oven, and improved with advanced foreign technology for pharmaceutical factories' water injection and powder injection assembly lines. HDC is suitable for drying, continuous sterilization, and heat removal of glass containers such as ampoules, penicillin bottles, and oral liquid vials of various specifications. The product meets GMP requirements.

Main Performance Characteristics

The transmission of the equipment mainly adopts stainless steel chains or stainless steel mesh belts, which are used for the production of different materials and can be adjusted to the appropriate speed according to different requirements. The electric heating element uses high-quality quartz glass tubes, which have the characteristics of high radiation coefficient, low energy consumption, and fast heating. This machine is equipped with one air supply outlet and two exhaust outlets, and is equipped with butterfly valves to control the air flow. It has preheating zone, constant temperature zone, cooling zone, cooling zone and other areas, with a temperature range of generally 50-450 ℃. Heating section hot air circulation, hundred level purification laminar air supply, establishment of CIP in-situ cleaning system, variable frequency speed regulation motor driven mesh belt, human-machine friendly interface touch screen program control.
The equipment, except for the rack, is made of stainless steel 3042B matte laminated board on the outside, stainless steel 316L on the inside, and aluminum silicate fiber insulation material. In addition to the main equipment, there is also an electrical control cabinet equipped with a voltmeter, ammeter, and digital temperature control secondary instrument, as well as electrical appliances such as motor speed controllers or frequency conversion control systems.
