The bag feeding fully automatic vacuum packaging machine is a new product independently developed by our factory. The first bag feeding fully automatic vacuum packaging machine in China was born in our factory in September 2007. The machine can use a robotic arm to automatically take out the vacuum packaging bag, automatically open it, automatically print the production date and batch number, automatically load the material, and automatically vacuum package it, fully realizing unmanned operation and truly realizing automated packaging. The packaging bag range is 100-260mm in length and 60-200mm in width, with a packaging efficiency of 2000-2600 bags per hour. By replacing different feeding systems, the equipment can automatically perform quantitative vacuum packaging on different materials such as liquids, pastes, powders, and blocks. Equipped with an automatic feeding machine, the block materials can be weighed and vacuum packaged at the same time. The packaging machine is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC from Japan, and the human-machine interface uses Mitsubishi products from Japan. The entire machine can be monitored. If there are abnormal situations such as empty bags or no bags, the PLC can judge the abnormal situation and output abnormal signals to control the packaging machine to take corresponding measures to avoid wasting materials and packaging bags.

The equipment is mainly used for fully automatic packaging of particles, powders, blocks, liquids, soft cans, toys, hardware and other products. Different measuring devices are matched according to different materials, with low packaging material loss, accurate weight, good sealing quality, and the use of prefabricated packaging bags. The packaging bag pattern is perfect, improving the product grade. The bag packaging machine is suitable for various packaging materials such as paper plastic composite, plastic plastic composite, aluminum-plastic composite, PE composite, etc.

(1) Easy to operate, using PLC control, equipped with a touch screen human-machine interface control system, easy to operate;

(2) Variable frequency speed regulation, this machine uses a variable frequency speed regulation device, which can adjust the speed freely within the specified range;

(3) Automatic detection function, such as not opening the bag or opening the bag incompletely, no feeding, no heat sealing, the bag can be reused without wasting materials, saving production costs for users;

(4) The safety device will sound an alarm when the working pressure is abnormal or the heating tube malfunctions;

(5) Horizontal bag delivery method, the bag storage device can store more packaging bags, with lower requirements for bag quality and high bag separation and loading rates;

(6) Adjusting the bag width is controlled by a motor. Press and hold the control button to simultaneously adjust the width of each group of machine clamps, which is easy to operate and saves time;

(7) Adopting oil-free vacuum pumps to avoid pollution in the production environment;

(8) Zipper opening mechanism, specially designed for the characteristics of zipper bag opening, to avoid deformation or damage to the bag opening;

(9) Compliant with the hygiene standards of the food processing industry, the parts on the machine that come into contact with materials or packaging bags are processed using stainless steel or other materials that meet food hygiene requirements to ensure food hygiene and safety.
