Product Overview
1. Borrowing application and lending
In the archive management system, using the query module, borrowers can search for the information of the desired archive to be borrowed, click on the borrowing button, and generate a borrowing form.
The management personnel determine whether to allow borrowing based on the registration information submitted by the borrower. If approval is required, an approval application is sent online. After approval, the borrowing registration information is formed.
2. Archive Search
The archive management system drives the dense rack to pop open the column where the archive is located. The management personnel enter the warehouse and find the location of the archive according to the intelligent dense rack column indicator lights.
Management personnel should use RFID recognition devices to identify file information and confirm that the physical files retrieved are correct.
3. Archive lending
After the search is completed, the staff scans the electronic tags through the librarian workstation recognizer to complete the archive outbound registration. The system records the archive outbound time and outbound archive number.
4. File return
The management personnel scan the electronic tags of the archives, confirm the return, and the system will change the borrowing registration information. If the return is not made on time, the system will remind the management personnel and borrowers to return it through messages, emails, and other means.
