Lifting and installation:
The machine does not have a lifting device and can be manually transported.
The installation of this machine requires a cement concrete foundation, and the layout of 4 M10 × 160 anchor bolts is shown in Figure 1. The anchor bolts are exposed about 25mm above the ground plane.

Structure and working principle:
The structure mainly consists of a bracket (22), a bearing seat (4), a grinding seat (17), a moving grinding disc (13), a fixed grinding disc (14), a movable grinding cover (15), a pulley (9), and a motor.
The working principle is that the motor drives the pulley (9) to rotate, and the pulley (9) drives the dynamic grinding disc (13) on the main shaft (18) to rotate, causing relative rotational motion between the dynamic grinding disc and the fixed grinding disc (14), crushing the material between the two discs and dropping it into the feeding box (20) through the gap between the two discs. The particle size of the discharge can be controlled by adjusting the gap between the two plates through the handwheel (1).

Test drive
Before testing, open the front cover (21) and check if the rotating belt is flexible. If it is not flexible, loosen the adjusting handwheel and then rotate the belt until it is flexible. Check if all fasteners are tightened, lock the butterfly nut (16) before testing, and do not place any materials during testing.
■ Use
Open the plug on the activity grinding cover, loosen the butterfly nut, adjust the handwheel (1), and see from the plug hole that the gap between the two grinding discs should not be too large, but too tight can also cause difficulty in starting. Lock the butterfly nut, plug the plug, add the material from the feeding port of the movable grinding cover, and turn on the power to work. If it is found that the particle size of the discharge does not meet the requirements, the handwheel should be adjusted until the requirements are met. Both butterfly nuts must be tightened during work, otherwise it will affect the use. Cut off the power at the end of the work and remove the materials from the drop box. To exchange the sample and ensure accurate laboratory data, loosen the butterfly nut II, open the movable grinding cover (15), and use a brush to clean the residue in the working chamber.
■ Maintenance
Open the upper cover of the entire machine, unscrew the two guide screws (5) and (10), inject lubricating oil inward, and then screw the two guide screws in (note that do not pre tighten the two bearing sleeves (7) and (19), otherwise the bearing sleeves will not lubricate flexibly and the adjustment handwheel will not be able to adjust the gap between the two grinding discs). Cover the upper shell. When replacing the grinding disc (13), use a wrench to loosen the three screws that fix the grinding disc.
