1. Intelligent microwave chemistry work platform, which can be used with different types of digestion tanks to achieve different application functions, equipped with 20 high flux rotors and digestion tanks


2. A special stainless steel microwave resonant cavity with a body of diamond and thickened and reinforced design, with a volume of 66L. The inner cavity is sprayed with up to 5 layers of PFA (modified polytetrafluoroethylene) to prevent long-term corrosion from strong acids


3. Double magnetron misalignment and harmonic arrangement design to ensure uniform microwave inside the furnace cavity


4. Temperature control system: Temperature control method: Infrared temperature sensor automatically works independently without any connection, non-contact and pollution control temperature, temperature control range: room temperature -500 ℃.


5. Pressure control system: Real time monitoring of the pressure of all digestion tanks, range: 0-10MPa. Accuracy: 0.01MPa.



6. Real time control and display of temperature, heating time, constant temperature time, power, temperature, and time curves on the LCD screen, making it clear at a glance; Built in application methods.


7. High pressure reaction vessel components: Inner tank material: TFM material, volume: 70mL or 100ml; Inner tank weight ≤ 100g.


Outer tank material: aerospace composite fiber material or aerospace PEEK outer tank
